I study genomic and epigenomic regulation in human cells across diverse developmental and tissue contexts. Using computational methods and single-cell multi-omic data, I investigate the mechanisms that shape cellular identity, state, and heterogeneity, with a particular focus on pediatric developmental trajectories and the interplay between genetic, epigenetic, and environmental factors.
